Receive concentrated and comprehensive training in the theory and practice of leading a Quality Management Systems audit (QMS) based on ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 19011:2018. To gain a practical understanding of the responsibilities of a lead quality auditor, and the techniques and methodologies required to effectively lead a QMS audit.

This course meets the requirements of the NDIS Approved Quality Auditors Scheme and offers you the units of competence that will enable you to progress your development in the learning pathway leading to BSB50920 Diploma of Quality Auditing.

If you wish to become and registered NDIS Auditor this is the first step. NDIS auditors must be affiliated as an employee or contractor with an NDIS Approved Quality Auditor and must also complete the NDIS Auditor Training that is delivered only by the NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission.

If you wish to become a registered third-party, or external Quality auditor with Exemplar Global, completing this course is the first step. Once you have obtained the Exemplar Global competencies from this course, you can follow either a qualification-based or competency based certification path.
