Description

The aim of this course is to provide students with the knowledge and skills required to use emotional intelligence and other communication techniques to provide effective leadership and to build strong relationships within their organisation. This program includes the Everything DiSC ® Workplace™ tool.

This course also covers the knowledge and skills to present and negotiate persuasively, lead and participate in meetings and presentations with key stakeholders and to lead difficult conversations and turn conflict into an opportunity.
