Implementing Enterprise Risk Management

The purpose of this course is to provide participants with the knowledge and skills to develop and implement an operational plan and manage the associated risks to ensure required goals and objectives are achieved.

This course is on the pathways of two diplomas offered at SAI Global. BSB50920 Diploma in Quality Auditing and BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management. Successful completion of this course and its assessment requirements will put you on a pathway to a double diploma with SAI Global.
