Description

Gain an understanding and working knowledge of all Australian legislation that applies to the food industry. Updated in 2021 to include changes in legislation to the Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code (The Code) for requirements for allergen labelling on packaged foods and also Australia's new agricultural export legislation.

The course has been expanded to include the new Food Safety Management System Tools from FSANZ standard 3.2.2A and its requirements.
