Description

Gain a practical understanding of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP), and learn how to develop and implement a HACCP system to meet customer and regulatory requirements. HACCP is the basis for all food safety management systems and the universally accepted tool to identify and eliminate food safety hazards. Course has been updated to meet the requirements under HACCP Codex 2023 standards and refreshed the overall course content and design.

The course has been expanded to include the new Food Safety Management System Tools from FSANZ standard 3.2.2A and its requirements.

Please note:

  • This online version of Principles and Applications of HACCP does not meet the formal HACCP training requirements of Woolworths or Coles Supplier Requirements. To meet the Woolworths or Coles supplier requirements an instructor led (in person or virtual) HACCP course must be undertaken. 
  • Course does not meet HARPS training requirements outlined in standard version 2.0 Guidance.
