Description

This course is intended to refresh participants' understanding of the food safety environment in which we operate, the Codex Principles of HACCP and the development and review of a documented HACCP Plan. This course meets Coles and Woolworths HACCP refresher training requirements. 

The course has been expanded to include the new Food Safety Management System Tools from FSANZ standard 3.2.2A and its requirements.
