Description

The aim of this course is to provide participants with an understanding of the Energy Management Systems approach and the requirements of ISO 50001:2018, and how to implement the system to their organisations.

  • Understand the purpose and business benefits that can be achieved through the implementation of an Energy Management System Outline the structure and content of ISO 50001:2018
  • Understand and interpret the requirements of ISO 5000 1:2018 and how the requirements assist the organisation in the operation of an effective Energy Management System
  • Understand common practices and techniques for establishing, implementing and improving an energy management system
